Young fryer rabbits are very lean and tender white meat
with an average weight of 2 3/4 lbs-3 1/2 lbs each. Each fryer rabbit has
been individual vacuum sealed to preserve the shelf life of the product.

The rabbit sausage is truly a custom product that has resided
in our family for generation. It is prepared in very small batches and
is only available 3-4 times a year. The rabbit sausage is very low in fat
content and almost no cholesterol. The herbs, spices and hickory smoke
flavor is a direct result of the handmade process to develop this product.

for quality and freshness. We will replace any item or refund your money
