For the diner concerned with his/her weight, cholesterol and fat intake, quail is a smart choice. Each bird contains only 6.8% fat and 153 calories.

Rabbit meat can be prepared and served in many ways. The all white meat of the domestic rabbit are packaged as 2- to 3 1/2-lb fryers or broilers and the price of rabbit meat is competitive with beef. On a comparable basis, rabbit meat is lower in cholesterol, calories and fat than beef, pork, chicken or lamb.
For individuals with stomach ailments or those unable to have red meat, rabbit is frequently recommended by doctors due to its ease of digestibility.

Whole Quail:	Consists of a whole processed quail with the bone structure in place.
Semi Boneless Quail:	The breast bone has been removed leaving just wing and leg bones intact.
Deboned Stuffed Quail:	The breast bone has been removed leaving just the wing and leg bones intact and stuffed with a wild rice and herb or sausage dressing.
Whole Fryer Rabbits:	Young fryer rabbits are very lean and tender white meat with an average weight of 2 3/4 lbs-3 1/2 lbs each. Each fryer rabbit has been individual vacuum sealed to preserve the shelf life of the product.
Country Style Rabbit Sausage:	The rabbit sausage is truly a custom product that has resided in our family for generation. It is prepared in very small batches and is only available 3-4 times a year. The rabbit sausage is very low in fat content and almost no cholesterol. The herbs, spices and hickory smoke flavor is a direct result of the handmade process to develop this product. Warranty Information All of our product carry an unconditional guarantee for quality and freshness. We will replace any item or refund your money if our products do not meet this standard. However, this warranty is void if the product is not properly stored after delivery. Shipping costs are not included in this warranty.
